| I recall going to the first preview of the Broadway Swan Lake a number of years ago. After the first scene, a set piece "dropped" in. House lights up, Bourne came out and charmingly apologized. As I recall, it took 30-40 minutes for them to secure it and proceed. I went back a second time (to see Adam Cooper--Will Kemp, the alternate, danced the first preview, and was quite good, but I wanted to see them both), and there was no set malfunction that time. | |
