| This is a show that should have opened in the fall—I think in a less hectic time, it would have built an audience through good word of mouth. (I agree, it's surprisingly good! And the critics largely felt the same way.) In the onslaught of spring, it's just getting lost in the crowd and continually running at a loss. I don't imagine it will be able to hang on much longer, which is a shame for all involved. But I imagine it would do well on tour and regionally. |
