There is no railing in front of Mezzanine Row A on the left or right side of the house. The railing is in front of Grand Tier Row E which doesn’t block the view and Mezzanine Row A is behind that Grand Tier Row E.
In the center section upstairs, the Grand Tier goes Rows A-E with no railing at all and Mezzanine Row A again is behind Grand Tier Row E. |
