Perennial question: Do you still collect your Playbills?

Years ago, I had 2 plastic garbage bags filled with Playbills. I would move the bags from apartment to apartment every time I relocated. I finally decided to throw them away--and did so without any regret. Once I bought a place, however, I re-started collecting Playbills. Now, I have 10 Playbill binders filled with Playbills, none of which I ever reference. I stopped buying Playbill binders and just leave new Playbills in a drawer.

I think I need to stop. I know all these will eventually go into the trash can. I hate clutter and, somehow, organizing them into binders makes me feel that there isn't any clutter.

Do you collect your Playbills? If so, do you honestly ever look at them?

Nowadays, I best remember the shows I attend by taking a picture of the final bows. Whenever I peruse my photos of the year, I reminisce.
