I felt left out, too. The people around me were laughing and hollering and having a great old time. And I...was not.
I would agree with the person who said that Tveit is pretty colorless in this role. And there's virtually no suspense. The scene where Sweeney finds Joanna hiding is staged almost to remove any suspense - she just runs away and he doesn't try to go after her. |
