| I don't mean to roll my eyes, but I will. "2 dozen individuals"... Like, and? I've experienced the show with at least the same number of people who loved it. So do our friends negate each other? HOW CAN THIS BE? I literally don't know how you wouldn't see Macbeth- I went in knowing absolutely nothing about the show and said, "Oh, Macbeth!" about fifteen minutes in. I don't think my friends know more than yours- But I will say, my friends and I DO try to go see more "out there" theatrical experiences as much as we can. In fact it was a friend from London who waxed poetic about this and made me go see it in the first place. And I'm not sure what you mean my "attracted to"- I've experienced a few of the one-on-one encounters and I'm a middle aged fat woman. Even if it was ten years ago, I was in my 30's and slightly less fat, but still fat. So maybe your friends perceived hot people were getting chosen. I will tell you that based on my experience, that isn't the case. SPOILERS FOLLOW: I've never gotten the one-on-one of which you speak, though I've heard it talked about. I think it's AFTER the "rave orgy", the nude male witch pours blood all over himself during the orgy, and since there are three loops, he needs to clean himself. TWO people are chosen, and they follow him into the shower where they hand him accoutrements to shower, including a towel, etc. That may or may not be what you're talking about, and it wasn't one of the odd ones I've been a part of (being spoon fed tea by a weirdo nurse in a hut, or pulled into a pitch black room and then made to do a weird ritual with a gumdrop before being put against a wall and then having someone whisper a lot of stuff in my ear). But there could be a one on one with more touching, I haven't experienced them all. You can google it, if you like. |
